On my Antarctic trip, I saw four different species of penguin. Gentoo penguins were my favorite. Decked out in their “tuxedo garb,” they made an elegant picture enhanced by their bright red beak. Add to that their “singing,” which pierced the clear Antarctic air, and you have an engaging bird species.
